Q: If my home is under renovation, however, I decided remain my current door. When is the lock installation schedule will be the most suitable?
A: If your home is under renovation, please discuss with your designer.
Q: Under what circumstances do we have to pay extra?
A: Additional accessories (such as: standard old door accessories, rebate kit, custom-made accessories or (and), metal drilling or (and), transportation costs in the remote area.

Q: What should I do if my building running out of power suddenly?
A: The power outage of the building has no impact on DormaKaba smart door lock, because the the door lock is operated by 4/8 pcs AA batteries (different model operated with different numbers of batteries).
Q: What should I do if AA battery dies?
A: Please use the 9v battery in the backup power supply. Replace all brand new batteries once you have entered your house.
