（Q: Why consider buying a Yale electronic door lock?
A: Yale has been in the lock industry for a hundred years. When designing the above series, it is based on security. For example, there are anti-theft Fake PIN, anti-residual fingerprint design - One Touch (YDM4109, YDM4115, YMG40), stainless steel European standard (one of the international lock standards), and the security level of the key is continuously improved. It has a dual system design which the lock can be opened indoors and outdoors manually. The design is slim and looks durable.
Q: If you choose Yale smart door lock, do you need to replace the new door?
A: Yale electronic door locks can be installed for most cases. Please bring along your existing photo of the door lock - front, side, back, door frame with you, so that shop teammate can help finding out if your selected model fits your current door. For sure, if you prefer to have a perfect look door, purchase a new door may be a good choice.

Q: If I am not under home decoration, and will not change the new door, what should I pay attention to?
A: If it is not under home decoration, and the door served you for a certain years, and the current lock is bigger than the new lock, obviously those area covered for long time will show different color sort of lighter. Please have your existing door lock photo - front, side, back, door frame (refer to the bottom photo demo) so that the store's salesperson can contact us to see if it is appropriate.

A: Yale provides free on-site maintenance for the first year in accordance with the terms and condition. Detail terms and condition can refer to the warranty card. Please keep the warranty card and purchase invoice for maintenance service booking. After one year free warranty, the maintenance hotline is still free.
Q: If my home is under renovation, however, I decided remain my current door with old locks. When will be the best planning for my lock installation?
A: If your home is under renovation, please discuss with your designer or can share more with us to achieve the best solution for you.
Q: Under what circumstances do we have to pay extra?
A: Additional accessories (such as: standard old door accessories, rebate kit, custom-made accessories or (and), metal drilling or (and), transportation costs in the remote area.
Q: I have lost the instructions. I forgot how to do setting. What should I do?
A: You can refer to (Operation Guide) or voice guide (if applicable) or our website information.
Q: What should I do if my building running out of power suddenly?
A: The power outage of the building has no impact on Yale smart door lock, because the the door lock is operated by 4 pcs AA batteries.
Q: What should I do if AA battery dies?
A: Please use the 9v battery in the backup power supply. Replace all brand new batterues once you have entered your house.
